Giving the adventurers more health or resistance would seemingly be an easy solution to the problem. Perhaps Blizzard likes that one of its Diablo 4 encounters has a higher failure rate than the Diablo IV Gold others, though. Most other encounters are quite easy, after all. Perhaps Blizzard will note the feedback and buff the NPCs in a future update, but that's just speculation at this time....
